The project includes 134 units featuring studio or 1-bedroom floor plans with a kitchen and dining area. The facility offers activity rooms, learning and technology center, offices, supervised fitness center, wellness room, exam room, salon, and spa.

The large site includes many walking paths, a courtyard with gazebos, and a heated pool. The exterior also includes a dining patio and garden terrace where residents can enjoy chef-prepared dining with 24 daily choices.
