Bank OZK’s new branch in Madison, TN is a renovated single-story, 3,494 SF building. The building was fitted out for a different bank when Bank OZK purchased it, so they required a renovation to update the facility and tailor it to fit Bank OZK’s needs and branding.
The project included select interior and exterior demolition, metal stud framing for new/revised ceilings and partitions, new finishes, infill of exterior entry for new ATM location, exterior patch/repair/paint of existing drive-up EIFS, removal and replacement of exterior sealants at exterior masonry, asphalt repair, and crack filling with new striping.
