Our team will undertake a comprehensive build-out of a 16,030 SF office building to serve as the new home for the Arapahoe County Public Health office. This project involves several key stages within demolition, interior build-out, plumbing and mechanical systems, and electrical work. We will construct new office and communal space walls, install a dropped acoustic tile ceiling, create a new building entrance, and install new doors, frames, and hardware throughout the office space.
