Nicholas (Nick) Schubert brings a practical, business-minded approach to legal and risk leadership, drawing on his deep construction-industry experience to help W.E. O’Neil grow while maintaining the strength of our culture and values.
As part of W.E. O’Neil’s Executive Leadership Team, Nick works closely with teams across each of our regions to help make that approach a reality. He understands that effective legal leadership isn’t simply about identifying risk. It’s about helping the business make sound decisions and find practical paths forward.
Nick believes that “WE are on team” is not merely a tagline; it is how we succeed. Building strong relationships, earning trust, and working collaboratively are central to how he approaches his role and supports our people and clients.
Nick is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Brown Water Society. He has previously served on the boards of the Valor Bridge Foundation, Tennyson Center for Children, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.
It’s evident that W.E. O’Neil knows how to grow while staying true to the culture and values that have made it successful. It’s rewarding to contribute my experience and strengths to an organization with the capability, resolve, and vision to pursue bold plans while creating lasting value for its people and clients.
