Bryan Dunn’s strong focus on company culture and employee strengths has made a positive impact on the Arizona region. His strong leadership has allowed the Arizona region to successfully pivot into counter cyclical markets, including healthcare, education, aviation, municipal, senior living, and affordable housing. As Arizona’s President, Bryan has streamlined processes between the Phoenix and Tucson locations to promote collaboration and enable the company to better serve the client’s needs. His passion is building projects which will have a positive impact on the community, including complex and challenging projects.
Bryan serves as the Vice Chair for the Urban Land Institute’s Local Product Council for Adaptive Reuse, Infill and Revitalization (AIR) Council. Bryan is a past board member of the Urban Land Institute’s and USGBC’s Arizona Chapters. He also serves as a teacher and mentor in the Arizona Builder’s Alliance Leadership Development Forum. Bryan has been recognized as an ENR-Southwest Top 20 Under 40, a “People to Know’s Top Industry Leader in Construction,” as well as Commercial Executive Magazine’s Industry Leaders.
