Wrapping up Next on Lex in Glendale, CA

Next on Lex provides Downtown Glendale with a 494-unit apartment complex with ground-floor retail space. Developer Century West Partners and Fifield Companies intent is to offer work, live, and play experiences like no other.

Next on Lex is different than other apartment communities in Glendale. It is built around the Paseo, and the shared green space, views and walkability make it more of a green neighborhood experience. Local people and businesses essentially share in the park and experience of the community alongside residents.

The project kicked off in March 2016 and is the largest rental developments in Los Angeles in the last three years. W.E. O’Neil delivered the first building and phase Summer of 2018.

Designed by KFA Architecture, Next on Lex consist of 4 buildings, which sit on a raised podium with three levels of underground parking. W.E. O’Neil built it as a five-level concrete structure, with five-levels (plus lofts) of wood structure above.
