W.E. O’Neil Construction is pleased to welcome Kevin McCalla as our newest Project Executive. Kevin brings over 20 years of commercial construction experience working for firms such as Pepper Construction and Turner Construction.  His proven expertise is in providing leadership and accountability for project teams and managing large complex projects that require optimization of resources and performance motivation.
