Kevin McCalla joined W.E. O’Neil as a Project Executive in 2017 with over 20 years of commercial construction experience. His expertise is in managing a team approach, sharing ideas, and providing leadership and accountability for project teams.
Throughout his career, Kevin has worked in construction across the United States, as well as in Sydney, Australia. These experiences across the globe allow him to bring valuable perspectives to each of his projects and teams.
In addition to his responsibilities overseeing projects, Kevin is a co-chair of W.E. O’Neil’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in the Chicago region.
The days I feel the most satisfaction from work are when we create value for our clients by providing a unique solution to an obstacle they face. I also love helping my project teams learn, grow, and develop into leaders in their roles.
