Our Doors Are Open in Northern California

We’re thrilled to announce we’ve expanded to Northern California by opening our newest office in Pleasanton! We are committed to enhancing our ability to serve our clients and provide opportunities for our employee-owners.

At W.E. O’Neil, building great relationships is not just a tagline—it’s a way of business. Through relationships and projects, we have established a solid footprint in the NorCal region. As a result, we’ve opened an office in Pleasanton where our team can flourish. This new office formalizes our more than 35 years of successful partnerships building in the NorCal region.

“W.E. O’Neil is committed to putting our clients and people first,” said John Finn, W.E. O’Neil President (California). “Our clients had a vision, and we made it a reality. And in the process, we created an opportunity for our employee-owners to grow alongside us in Northern California.”

Our strongest market sectors in NorCal to date include senior living, hospitality, and renewable energy—to name a few—and we look forward to growing our portfolio even further.
