Congratulations Brad Fry, VP of Organizational Development

Congratulations to Brad Fry on his promotion! As Vice President of Organizational Development for W.E. O’Neil nationally, Brad’s goal is to equip our leaders and managers to inspire their teams to realize their greatest potential.

After nearly 100 years of steady growth and topping $1 billion annual revenue, W.E. O’Neil defined this role for Brad to further grow our thriving employee-owner development programs and to enhance continuity of senior leadership strategy and planning as we continue to grow across 12 offices in six states.

“Organizational Development is critical to our future success, and Brad is a phenomenal person to lead it,” said Brett Dolan, Chief Human Resources Officer.

With 30+ years of experience—28 of those at W.E. O’Neil—Brad’s promotion is well-earned through his commitment to modeling our company value “WE are lifelong learners.”

Brad’s experience in people operations includes recruiting and retention, training and development, and performance management. He co-produces WEOCON (our annual convention), mentors our Leadership Development Group, and facilitates our leadership team meetings, training, and retreats.

Brad received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona; his Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology; and completed an extension program on the Cycle of Leadership from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He is a LEED AP and certified in the Six Types of Working Genius.
