2025 Summer Intern Experience

This summer, our teams across offices in Arizona, California, Chicago, Colorado, and Texas were thrilled to welcome new groups of young professionals to our internship program. We’re delighted to see talented young builders eager to learn, contribute, and grow within our “lifelong learners” culture. We’re especially proud that several interns in California and Chicago returned after a rewarding previous experience, choosing to spend another summer building their skills with us.

At W.E. O’Neil, our goal is to provide variety, growth, support, and opportunity to the next generation of builders. As proud lifelong learners, we’ve built an environment that supports, challenges, and empowers our interns. We believe internships should be inspiring, collaborative, and fun.

Summer Internship Highlights

Kudos to our recruiting teams for making our interns’ experience both meaningful and memorable. From onsite training to roundtable sessions to jobsite trips. From lunches with key staff such as Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents to organizing a volunteering activity. Our interns enjoyed a summer filled with fun, engaging activities, a capstone activity, and a celebration on Internship Day.
