2023 Summer Intern Experience

Celebrating our largest number of interns ever!

Our goal is to create opportunities for young builders to make an immediate impact and to support them within our “lifelong learners” culture. This year we couldn’t be prouder to have our biggest group of interns ever. We’re delighted that this group of young professionals recognized the opportunities we offer and chose to spend their summer at W.E. O’Neil in our offices in California, Chicago, Colorado, Tennessee, and Texas. We’re especially proud that multiple California interns had such a rewarding previous experience with us that they chose to come back for more.

Making sure our interns’ summer is a valuable learning experience is so important to us. In addition to on-the-job training, our teams across the nations offered an action-packed summer filled with activities, from roundtable sessions to jobsite trips; from lunch with key staff such as Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents to organizing a volunteering activity. We believe in continuous learning and having fun while doing it.
