In her role as marketing director for Chicago, Maura provides strategy for project pursuits, manages social media marketing, and leads market research and branding initiatives., She brings creative ideas to the company through her involvement in industry organizations.

Maura has been instrumental in winning new work and all other aspects of marketing, making her skillset and knowledge of the Chicago market a great asset to our team. Her bubbly personality is well-known in our Chicago office, and her ability to remain calm, cool, and collected in high-stress situations is highly respected by coworkers.

Maura currently serves on the Chicago region’s WEO Women Warriors Committee and the W.E. O’Neil Ethics Board. Maura was a founding director of the Chicago region’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and served on the Board of Directors for the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Chicago chapter as Director of Professional Development.

W.E. O’Neil’s culture is very inclusive and open. When many of us wanted to promote a more diverse workforce, they did. When others wanted to be rewarded for community involvement and volunteering, an incentive program was created. The culture has an open door feel to it and everyone is welcome.
