Kristin brought her strategic and innovative HR approach to W.E. O’Neil five years ago as our newest Director of Administration and Human Resources. Kristin has been a dedicated leader who understands that human capital is our greatest asset. She works with executives and others from the leadership team to improve overall performance and employee engagement by creating HR Initiates to maximize our growth.
Kristin also came to W.E. O’Neil with the ambition to produce a stellar onboarding experience. Her main goal was to have new employees leave on their first day knowing they had made the right decision to join W.E. O’Neil.
