Kevin Whitaker

Regional Director of Safety (AZ, CA, CO)

Kevin has provided over 16 years of safety initiative implementation in the construction industry. He is passionate about building a solid safety culture. He does this by fostering a collaborative environment, developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs, mitigating risks with practical solutions, and creating a work environment where everyone goes home safely every day. Kevin strives to empower everyone to prioritize safety and identify potential hazards.

As the Regional Director of Safety (overseeing our California, Colorado, and Arizona offices), Kevin’s role is pivotal. He is intimately familiar with construction methods, government regulations, insurance requirements, risk management, and internal company systems. His primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of all personnel and property resources, a core value of our company and a paramount concern throughout the entire industry. Kevin’s leadership shines as he coordinates all site safety plans, meticulously designed for each job site.

Outside work, Kevin finds balance by spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf, cheering on Detroit sports teams, and playing guitar.

Safety on our projects means that everyone goes home the way they arrived. We achieve this through a culture of empowerment and accountability, where everyone takes responsibility for safety and feels supported to speak up about potential hazards.
