Kevin began his journey with W.E. O’Neil as an intern in our California region. Over the past 17 years, he has steadily advanced through the organization, successfully leading projects across a range of markets, including senior living, aviation, retail, and multifamily housing.
Kevin is known for instilling W.E. O’Neil’s core values into every relationship he builds, both internally and externally. His leadership style is marked by genuine care and a commitment to recognizing the contributions of every team member. His success is a direct reflection of his compassionate leadership and detail-oriented approach to construction.
