He began his career with the company as an intern and steadily advanced through the ranks to Project Executive, a journey that reflects his strong work ethic, technical expertise, and commitment to the firm’s values.

Kevin brings a solid foundation in engineering and construction management, enabling him to navigate complex technical challenges, coordinate large multidisciplinary teams, and guide projects with clarity and confidence. As Project Executive, he is responsible for the full delivery of W.E. O’Neil’s service approach from preconstruction through completion, providing strategic oversight of budgeting, scheduling, estimating, project management, and field operations.
