Hanh Vu

A friendly, high-performing, and detail-oriented leader, Hanh is passionate about strengthening processes and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment. As Director of Project Accounting and Administration, she leverages nearly 20 years of operational experience to strengthen financial processes and support seamless project delivery across teams.

Before transitioning into her current role, Hanh served as Senior Project Manager, leading preconstruction and construction activities across a diverse portfolio of O’Neil’s California projects. She directed field operations, built strong relationships with owners and architects, developed budgets and schedules, negotiated subcontracts, and administered contracts from start to finish. Her hands-on project leadership provided her with a comprehensive understanding of how administrative and accounting functions directly impact project performance.

Today, Hanh oversees project administration and financial operations, including billing, reporting, and accounts payable and receivable. She guides and mentors administrative staff while driving policy development, process improvements, and best practice standardization. Focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement, Hanh fosters a collaborative culture grounded in the belief that “WE are one team.”
