Celebrating 100 Years

Celebrating a CENTURY of valuing people and building dreams!

This once-in-a-lifetime milestone is made possible by the commitment of our employee-owners and through relationships built over time with our clients and partners.

Dan Sulewski

Director, Professional Development and Recruiting

Dan Sulewski has developed his attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical decision-making skills over his nearly 20-year career with W.E. O’Neil. After ten years leading our Special Projects Group, Dan expanded his recruiting and people development skills and passion to move into a role dedicated to serving our people.

Dan worked with Regional President Todd Guthrie to create his role of Director of Personnel Development to grow the Colorado offices’ employee development programs.

“W.E. O’Neil has a few values that align with employee-owner development and career growth,” says Dan. ‘WE are One Team’ and ‘WE are Lifelong Learners’ are only achievable if we provide the proper path, guidance, and a road map for our employee-owners to thrive and grow into their potential.“

Dan is passionate that employee-owners will succeed at W.E. O’Neil if they work hard, help out their teammates, continuously learn and improve themselves, and are not afraid to challenge themselves to grow.

I look forward to working with interns and recent grads because they bring great energy and a new, fresh perspective. We look forward to teaching our recent grads but more importantly, learning what insights they have about W.E. O’Neil and the construction industry in general.
