With over a decade of industry experience and nearly $1 billion in work executed across higher education, commercial, multifamily, and residential markets, Amanda is known for her ability to bring clarity, discipline, and purpose to complex projects.

A key focus of Amanda’s leadership today is the intentional growth of W.E. O’Neil’s Nashville office, with particular emphasis on expanding the Special Projects Group so that they are the first call—and long-term partner—for clients seeking a responsive, detail-driven contractor. Designed to move quickly without sacrificing quality, the Nashville Special Projects Group supports clients through repeat work, time-sensitive scopes, and complex renovations, reinforcing W.E. Beyond her work at O’Neil, Amanda is actively engaged in the industry and community. She serves as a Director on the Board of NAWIC Nashville, has been recognized as a Bisnow Women Leading Real Estate honoree, and has been named on Nashville Business Journals 2026 list of 40 Under 40 along with other industry nominations. Above all, Amanda is most proud of her role as a wife and mother of two daughters, leading both her family and her firm with grit, empathy, and authenticity.
