With a decade of experience across the full employee lifecycle, she excels at guiding organizations from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and compliance, creating strategies that empower employees and leaders to succeed together.
As Director of Human Resources, Haley closely collaborates with leadership and other stakeholders to design and implement strategic talent initiatives, strengthen workplace culture, and foster synergy across teams to support organizational growth. She is a champion for women in the workplace as a Women of W.E. O’Neil (WOW) leader, driving engagement, connection, and inclusive collaboration across teams.
