The Glendale is a new three-story multifamily housing complex designed for low-income seniors, consisting of 45 residential units. It features a single-story concrete podium for parking, with Type V-A wood framing used for the upper two floors.
The first level of the building includes a common area that houses an office, mailroom, and lounge. The upper floors are dedicated to residential units and include a fitness room and laundry facilities. Outdoor amenities will provide residents with landscaped seating areas, BBQ stations, a bag toss game, and a dog run.
The project is funded through the Arizona Department of Housing’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and complies with prevailing wage requirements.
