This new 142,000 SF residence hall provides 422 beds to campus housing and is supported by a concrete foundation with basement structures. The facility features a seven-story north wing and four-story east and west wings.
The new hall offers modern suite-style sleeping rooms complemented by flexible lounges and group activity spaces that foster community and collaboration. W.E. O’Neil self-performed the concrete foundation work, ensuring quality and precision from the ground up.
