Boulder Creek High School is an “A” rated school serving grades 9-12 for the Deer Valley Unified School District located in Anthem, AZ. The project was completed utilizing the CM at Risk delivery method.
The new, 325,000 SF high school campus encompasses five buildings and sits on a 60-acre site. Features include a spacious library, athletic building, and state-of-the-art performing arts center with 500 seats. The performing arts and 25,000 SF library are open to the public. The high school has a full-service prep kitchen with five interior serving lines and six remote serving lines for packaged goods.
