The Palms Christian Store is a new 4,772 SF, ground-up two-story building in Oceanside. The store and resource center offers a large variety of Christian books and a café where patrons can enjoy lunch and relax. With a clean and classy mirrored glass exterior, the new building brought life to a simple and otherwise industrial complex. The addition of mature palms created an inviting atmosphere for congregants and neighboring businesses to set eyes upon.
Constructed of structural steel with wood joists, the building’s roof is concrete over wood sheathing and the exterior elements consist of stucco walls and columns with a dynamic curtain wall entrance.
Site work included new parking, hardscape, and landscaping.
