W.E. O’Neil is providing both preconstruction and construction services for this two-story, 88,051 SF, Type V-A wood-framed senior living facility which is thoughtfully situated on a 2.46-acre site. The project will offer 86 residential units, including 62 assisted living units and 24 memory care units. It is designed to provide a secure and enriching environment for seniors, with thoughtfully planned spaces that promote comfort, connection, and quality of life.

To complement the serene atmosphere of the beautiful West Coast, the project is designed in a timeless Spanish architectural style, featuring two open-air courtyards that enhance natural light and connection to the outdoors. Residents will enjoy a wide array of amenities, including spacious entertainment and activity areas, multiple dining venues, a fully equipped physical therapy space, an on-site salon, and inviting community gathering spaces.
