One of the top 15 busiest aviation hubs in the United States, the Scottsdale Airport is nine miles north of downtown Scottsdale, AZ and is surrounded by the Scottsdale Airpark, which features two million square feet of commercial business space.
At this airport, W.E. O’Neil built Jet Aviation Scottsdale’s new state-of-the-art FBO and hangar facility, a tilt-up project including a 30,000 SF hangar and 8,500 SF private terminal.
The center features a welcoming lobby, lounges for passengers and crew members, conference and meeting room, rest areas for pilots, and weather and flight planning areas. The facility can accommodate aircraft up to the size of the Gulfstream 650 and the Global 6000.
Jet Aviation Scottsdale offers its passengers various services, including baggage handling, customs, aircraft cleaning and fueling, catering, hotel and car rental assistance and convenient concierge service making it a full-service airport facility.
