San Xavier Administration Facility

This Administration Facility is a new, 31,968 SF two-story Administration Building and a new, 5,288 SF Ranger and Maintenance Building for the San Xavier District of the Tohono O’odham Nation.

Both buildings were constructed with concrete block and a steel roof structure. The Administration Building includes staff offices for all departments, meeting space, a spacious break room, and council chambers with a high-end audio-visual system and a sloped floor for auditorium-style seating.

This LEED Gold certified project also included new parking lots and landscape areas as well as solar parking canopies.
