W.E. O’Neil built phase one of the Prairie Walk Condominiums. This active residential community includes five three-story buildings with 120 units each. The individual units are between 1,100 SF and 1,300 SF.

Along with the vertical construction, our team completed the site work for all 10 acres, including clearing earthwork, erosion control, soil moisture injections, hardscape, landscaping, utilities, and electrical.

The condominiums sit on post-tensioned slabs with concrete foundations and contain wood framing and sustainable MEP systems.
