Macon Community Hospital

Completed on the campus of the Macon Community Hospital, this 10,000 SF addition and next-to-patient renovation included:

• New ambulatory entrance
• Two large cardiac/trauma rooms
• Isolation exam room
• Bariatric exam room
• Obstetrical exam room
• Three private exam/treatment rooms
• Psychiatric hold room
• Nurse station
• Private patient family meeting rooms for the physicians and staff
• Courtyard
• Chapel renovation

We installed a new Medical Gas System, which included vacuum, air and oxygen. Our team also assisted in the relocation of the existing mobile MRI unit.

W.E. O’Neil successfully implemented the needed Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA) and Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM) in order to complete the project successfully in a functioning hospital on time and within the required budget. Our company built both the core and shell, as well as the final build-out.
