Partnering with repeat client Macerich, our team is preparing the onsite infrastructure for FlatIron Crossing Village. “The HiFi,” short for Hello FlatIron, will be an entertainment and residential district that engages with the community surrounding the existing mall.
Featuring retail, office, dining, a 2.5-acre park, and an apartment complex, the project is being built on underutilized land adjacent to FlatIron Crossing Mall in Broomfield, CO. This development will add 65,000 SF for shopping, living, and entertainment.
The “live-work-play” development is currently under construction as we are underway on the infrastructure scope, preparing the site for the build. The new buildings are scheduled to begin rising in 2025.
