Expansion of the Hyatt Regency Austin including a new ballroom addition and eight-story parking garage. The project involved extensive room renovations for 400+ rooms throughout the 14-story hotel.
Also included in the scope were lobby renovations, a new 45,000 SF composite steel ballroom, and the addition of an elevated glass walkway to connect the hotel and ballroom.
