Flatirons Flats is a new mixed-use development consisting of four new residential structures. The seven-acre development includes 296 units spread across the four buildings. While building one offers a retail component, building two features a leasing/community center. The community has a courtyard area housing an above-ground pool.
The five-story buildings are Type V construction built on a mat slab foundation. The project required extensive subgrade preparation to mitigate risks of movement on the highly expansive local soils.
The community offers unobstructed views of the Front Range. Premium finishes and fixtures and innovative mixed-materials speak to the development’s high-quality craftsmanship and bespoke design.
