CarMax Tucson is an Auto superstore offering a one-stop shop for selling and buying used cars to its customers. The unique dealership consists of two new buildings totaling 51,500 SF.
The first building includes an impressive showroom and spacious office space offering a warm welcome to the customers in the store and ample space to display cars. The second building includes 18 service bays, a full-service car wash, paint booth, and open feel customer waiting space.
The facility was constructed of masonry walls with a steel roof structure. Additional sitework was also included. The project schedule was fast-tracked.
