This 300,000 SF, two-phased project is part of a larger 60-acre retail development in historic Bastrop, Texas. A city with a long and fascinating history, it is famous for its beautiful outdoor vistas, 130 historic homes and buildings, and a plethora of retail shops.
A major portion of construction included a ground-up tilt wall on the north side of Highway 71, which is home to the majority of Bastrop’s residents. The installation of tilt walls allowed for the successful construction of 15 retail buildings with a mix of full buildouts and cold dark shell spaces. This project was a collaboration with the following Bastrop Retail Partners’ brands.
