The project involved an 88,065 SF redevelopment of an existing retail store and includes 800 slot machines and 40 game tables. Scope also includes associated amenities, parking, and site improvements.
The project was executed outside of any of W.E. O’Neil’s immediate office geographies for our longstanding client, Penn National Gaming.
