W.E. O’Neil is in the process of constructing a seven-story, 185,500 SF mixed-use project on the Music Row—considered the heart of Nashville’s entertainment industry. This new addition to Music Row is on the site that was once home to the iconic United Artists Tower.
The new structure will consist of 1,332 residential units over 52,500 SF, three stories of underground parking. The project will also include future “white box” tenant space at the first and second level.
The third level will feature amenities for the residents such as pool, fitness room, lounge, and pet spa.
