W.E. O’Neil opened its Inland Empire office in 2005 after nearly three decades of servicing the area from the South Bay. The location has proven to be a success as the company has grown its market coverage into both Riverside and San Bernardino counties and has improved employee work-life balance for those who live in the Inland Empire region. In recent years, the Inland Empire team has continued to expand its market share, particularly in tribal projects and higher education work, two areas where the group has deep relationships and expertise.
Our Ontario office is also known for its camaraderie. Team members regularly come into the office not just to collaborate on projects but to enjoy the vibrant culture, shared activities, and genuine sense of connection that make this a great place to build a career.
The office is also a place where people grow. Several team members have advanced into Executive leadership roles within the company, reflecting the strong mentorship and development culture that defines this location.
