The W.E. O’Neil Hall of Fame honors retired or former employees with at least 20 years of service who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, excellence, and commitment to the company’s values. Inductees have left a lasting impact through their contributions, mentorship, and dedication to W.E. O’Neil’s success and culture.

In recognition and celebration of their contributions, each inductee receives a curated personal gift reflecting a passion in their life and a 5-year scholarship established in their name at the inductee’s alma mater or other chosen university.

The Hall of Fame connects the past to the present, celebrating those who laid the foundation of our company while recognizing the ongoing contributions that continue to shape our future.

As we honor these outstanding individuals, we also ensure that the values they instilled—integrity, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of excellence—remain at the heart of W.E. O’Neil.
