Celebrating 100 Years of Building Dreams with Our Austin Team

Did you know? In 2023, we officially launched our Texas office —following the acquisition of Austin-based DCA Construction in 2022. At that time, DCA was led by Randy Don Carlos (retired Vice President of Business Development) and Kevin Foltermann, who now serves as Senior Vice President of our Texas region. This strategic moved marked a key milestone in expanding our footprint in a state where we had completed numerous projects for long-time clients over the previous two decades.

As part of our year-long celebration of 100 years of W.E. O’Neil, each of our offices is hosting special events throughout 2025. Last April 25, our Austin team hosted a special evening at the beautiful Steiner Ranch—bringing together clients, partners, and friends to celebrate a century of building excellence.
