W.E. O'Neil Celebrates Belmont Village Calabasas Topping Out
On Monday, May 15th, 2017, Belmont Village and the California office celebrated a construction milestone at the Belmont Village Calabasas project site.
Belmont Village Founder and CEO, Patricia Will, and W.E. O’Neil CEO & President, Brian Ramsay, addressed the team and kicked off the celebration of the topping out of the concrete structure. Project Manager Jessica Zeledon and Project Superintendent Francisco Manrique addressed the entire site team, acknowledged their performance and commitment to safety, followed by a BBQ and subcontractor tool raffle.

The entire construction team was invited to sign the project commitment banner which will be hung at the site the duration of the project.
The Belmont Village Calabasas project is a, 3-story, concrete structure, Senior Living Facility which will house both Assisted Living and Memory Care units. It sits on a 4.97 Acre site with on 81 on grade parking stalls, outdoor deck, covered porte cochere, and separate courtyards to provide for outdoor activities for the residents. It will have 140 studio and 1 bedroom units. The program also includes: a kitchen, dining room, mutli-purpose room, gathering spaces, offices, administrative support spaces and other facility support spaces on the ground level of the South wing. W.E. O’Neil provided preconstruction and general contracting services for this project.
