Belmont Village Aliso Viejo Breaks Grounds in Orange County, CA

On Thursday, July 13th, 2017, our team officially broke ground on the first Belmont Village project in Orange County, perched atop a hill overlooking Alica Parkway! The new 124,000 SF, Assisted Living Community will open its doors to about 150 residents, offering great amenities such as a fitness center, salon, town hall, heated salt-water pool, courtyards to name a few.

We’ve built over 10 projects with Belmont Village in recent years and we are excited to continue Building this Great Relationship.
