Celebrating the redevelopment of the former Belle of Baton Rouge into a contemporary land-based casino and hotel.
We are honored to celebrate the grand opening of Bally’s Baton Rouge Casino & Hotel, transforming the former Belle of Baton Rouge into a state-of-the-art, land-based casino and entertainment destination.
Located along the Mississippi River in downtown Baton Rouge, this project redefines the casino and entertainment experience in the community, featuring a 25,000 SF gaming floor with approximately 800 Vegas-style slots, 20–25 table games, a DraftKings Sportsbook with a 46-foot screen, and a variety of new dining and entertainment venues, including Hearth Pizzeria, Shuck’s Oyster Bar, Vintage 1806 wine bar, and Pelican Pins bowling alley.
In March 2025, our team successfully delivered the first phase: the Bally’s Baton Rouge Hotel, a full renovation of the existing 10-story, 242-room hotel. Additional improvements include the restoration of a five-story parking garage, completing the full transformation of this historic landmark.
This multimillion-dollar redevelopment represents a milestone in revitalizing one of Louisiana’s most iconic properties and showcases our expertise in adaptive re-use, gaming construction, and complex project delivery.
