Kala Kapahalou brings to W.E. O’Neil deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment across the US, supporting hiring from entry-level to executive roles. Focusing on a seamless and engaging candidate experience, he partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective, tailored workforce strategies.

Kala excels at building qualified, diverse talent pipelines through proactive outreach, including recruiting events, industry panels, and partnerships with schools and professional organizations.
