Brandon Teston began his journey with W.E. O’Neil in our California region as a Project Manager, where he successfully led projects across various markets, including hospitality, tribal, retail, and education. His ability to build strong relationships with both clients and fellow team members has been key to his success.
Brandon’s commitment to excellence and continuous learning has propelled his advancement through the ranks at W.E. O’Neil—most recently to Project Executive. Along with his new title came a new chapter, as he relocated to Phoenix to support our Arizona region.
Brandon is deeply committed to mentorship and the professional growth of others, drawing inspiration from the outstanding mentors who helped shape his own career. He plays an active role in developing future leaders at W.E. O’Neil and has been instrumental in elevating our project management practices through his involvement in the internal PM Council.
