As a part of a national expansion effort, Wickes contracted with W.E. O’Neil to convert an existing Costco warehouse into a high-end furniture store.
The renovation was an extensive effort that included cutting large openings for a new 300 LF curtain wall storefront, a new warehouse constructed within the structure, and a complete interior build-out of the sale floor.
