Currently in construction, this project involves the movement of the casino’s current water-based gaming operation landside. 50,000 SF addition is being built to the existing landside facility and a 35,000 SF renovation is being completed in front of house. The scope includes indoor gaming floor, outdoor smoking gaming patio, sports entertainment venue, coffee shop, fast food restaurant, and a noodle bar.

The project is being executed outside of any of W.E. O’Neil’s immediate office geographies. Casino operations are remaining continuous throughout construction.
