W.E. O’Neil delivered a complete renovation of this full-line Nordstrom store within the Mall of America, the largest shopping center in the western hemisphere.
The 240,000 SF renovation included all new finishes on the sales floor, new restrooms and dressing rooms, as well as buildouts of several luxury vendor shops within the store.
W.E. O’Neil worked with the Nordstrom construction and store operations teams to put a comprehensive phasing plan in place in order to complete the renovations while the store remained operational.
