This fast-track project for long-time client Raytheon re-positioned a full floor of their office in El Segundo. The 23,340 SF renovation was a complete interior demolition followed by a high-end office space build-out.
The build-out includes new non-load-bearing interior partitions, power, lighting, and finishes.
