Having joined the California region in 1998, Vince has been a leader in the growth of W.E. O’Neil’s West Coast presence. His thirty-four years of diverse industry experience brings an unrivaled depth of knowledge to the organization. In 2005, Vince was promoted to vice president, where he currently oversees our preconstruction, budgeting, and bidding efforts.
Vince is an invaluable member of our senior management team and has been instrumental in supporting and providing direction for the estimating staff to ensure efficient performance on all cost related services. Vince has worked on over $1.2 billion in residential projects and has led the company in expanding its portfolio into new market sectors.
Vince believes in the importance of developing career paths alongside his team. He enjoys collaborating with them to uncover their potential and future selves while providing the insight and direction to achieve those goals.
