We have provided preconstruction services for MainPlace Mall Parcel 3, a key component of the developer’s Live, Work, Play vision. This phase will replace existing above-grade parking structures, paving the way for a vibrant mixed-use development featuring new apartments, hotels, offices, and entertainment venues.
Parcel 3 will be a 443,526-square-foot, 410-unit multifamily residential project situated on a three-acre site. The development will consist of a Type III podium structure, with five stories of wood-frame construction above a three-level concrete and steel parking garage, plus one level of subterranean parking.
Designed to foster community engagement, the design includes open-air courtyards, diverse dining options, a live music venue, and curated art walks. Located adjacent to MainPlace Mall, this project will mark the second of two multifamily developments delivered by W.E. O’Neil on the site.
